From our practical experience with shechita (ritual slaughter), familiarity with the actual process and also having trained hundreds of shochtim, we began to produce knives which are particularly suitable for the job. In addition, we sell stones which are customized for sharpening the knife and will last for many years. We also sell other accessories to make the sacred work of the shochet easier.

All of this is sold at reduced prices which were determined by the rabbis.

The knives are made from the highest quality stainless steel and they underwent special hardening and tempering processes to render them into professional shechita knives.
